Vyxen Terms

By adding Vyxen | Foxbyte (hereafter referred to as "the Bot") to your Discord server, or by interacting with it as a user, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the Bot from your server and cease all interaction with it.1. Acceptance of Terms
The Bot is provided to you subject to these Terms of Service ("ToS"), which may be updated by the development team at any time without prior notice. Eligibility & Usage
Age Restriction: You must meet the minimum age requirement to use Discord in your region to interact with the Bot.Abuse: You agree not to exploit, duplicate, or attempt to crash the Bot. Automated spamming of commands or attempting to reverse-engineer the Bot's functions is strictly prohibited.Server Management: Server administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately for their community. The developers are not liable for any moderation actions or configuration errors made by server staff.3. Data Collection and Privacy
The Bot processes data in real-time to provide its services (such as moderation, auto-responders, and welcome messages).Hosting: The Bot is built and hosted via the BotGhost platform.Data Usage: We do not sell, trade, or independently store your personal chat history or data off-platform.Opt-Out: If you wish to stop data processing, you can remove the Bot from your server, or contact the support team to clear cached configuration data.4. Limitation of Liability
The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The developers make no warranties that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. In no event shall the developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot (including server disruption or data loss).5. Termination of Service

This includes:User Information: Discord User IDs, usernames, and avatars (used to identify users for leveling systems, moderation logs, and profile commands).Server Information: Guild IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs (used to remember your server's settings, custom configurations, and automated features).Message & Presence Content: The Bot briefly scans live message content and user status in real-time only to execute custom commands, auto-responses, and auto-moderation filters.2. We use the collected information solely to provide, operate, and maintain the Bot's functionality. This includes:Delivering welcome messages when a new user joins.
Filtering banned words or links to moderate your server.
Tracking text activity to award level-up roles or XP.3. Data Storage and Retention
No Off-Platform Storage: We do not independently host external databases to store your private personal data or chat history.BotGhost Infrastructure: The Bot is built and hosted via the BotGhost platform. Server configuration data (like custom commands or welcome messages) is stored securely via BotGhost to keep your bot running.No Data Retention: Message content scanned for moderation or commands is processed instantly in memory and immediately discarded. It is never permanently saved or logged outside of Discord.4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We care about your privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent, or distribute any user or server data to external third parties, advertisers, or machine learning models.5. User Rights and Data Deletion (Opt-Out)
Server Data: Server administrators can wipe their configuration settings at any time by removing the Bot from their server.
User Data: Because we do not store chat logs or personal databases, there is no historical user data to delete. If you wish to have your cached server configuration settings (like server leaderboard XP) removed, please contact us.6. Updates to This Policy
